BBCAN4 Day 69 - The campaigning continues

May 4, 2016

10:00-11:00 AM: Kelsey, Tim and the brothers chatted in the HoH room. Kelsey told Tim that they want to keep Cassandra but there is a gut feeling that they should keep Joel. Tim said the only thing that could go wrong is that she wins the PoV. Tim said it would be the same with Joel but he doesn’t think that Cassandra could win a PoV anyway. Kelsey said that they want to make sure that the three of them would stick to their deal because they are worried that Cassandra and Tim have some different kind of relationship. Tim said he believes that Cassandra would vote him out. Kelsey and Phil asked Tim what he would do next week if he were to win the PoV. She wanted reassurance that Tim would vote Cassandra out. Tim said that Cassandra would get him and he would like to be the one to get her. Tim also said it would water down his ability to say that he played his own game if Cassandra is at the end with him. Tim said he wants people to see the difference between what he did and what Cassandra did which cannot happen unless one of them goes. Kelsey asked Tim if he wants to just get Cassandra out now. Tim said that is the big question and they have to determine who is most likely to win. He said that at the moment it is Joel. Kelsey agreed. Kelsey worried that Tim would say Cassandra deserves to win if she makes it through the week. Tim assured Kelsey that he does not think that Cassandra deserves to win. Tim said his mind tells him not to keep Cassandra because she may work against him. Phil and Nick said that their minds are telling them to get her out as well. Kelsey asked if they can trust Joel. Tim said no. He told the others that he would feel more comfortable getting Cassandra out next week because there are more unknowns with Joel.

11:00-12:00 PM: Phil said the thing that he respects about Joel is that he sticks to things when he says them. Kelsey said that Joel cannot be trusted. Tim said he cannot read Joel and while everyone knows what Cassandra was capable of they are only now figuring out what Joel is capable of. Tim said that the decision relies on them having trust in each other because the chances of Cassandra winning the PoV are minimal. Everyone agreed that they would like to make a decision as a group. Tim said it’s a group of three individual players who want to get to the Final 3 together. Tim pointed out that they could keep the person who is more comfortable to live with. Kelsey said and less likely to win the game. Tim suggested making it a treaty declaration that whoever stays has to go next week. Tim said he doesn’t know if he can handle watching someone on slop for another week. Kelsey agreed but said that it could work in their favour since it will weaken Joel. Kelsey and Phil agreed that they should hear out Joel before making a decision. Tim said part of him thinks that Cassandra deserves to be in the Final 4 because she never screwed Joel over but Joel screwed her over. Kelsey agreed. Kelsey, Tim and the brothers all put their hands in to make the “Treaty of the Final 3”, agreeing to vote out whoever remains out of Cassandra and Joel next week.

12:00-1:00 PM: Joel told Cassandra that he has been thinking about what to say and what to do. He explained that he wants to talk to people in order to see where their heads are at. He let Cassandra know that he has to campaign or else people will think that he is just rolling over and dying. They agreed that everything is still up in the air at this point. Joel said he has bene depressed the past couple of days but it is not because of anything that Cassandra said or did. Joel figured that either of them would have to win their way to the end of the game if they make it past this week. They both said that they are completely alone.

3:00-4:00 PM: Joel revealed to Kelsey, Phil and Tim that he is putting together his list of factors as to why he should say. He plans to gather everyone together in order to list those factors off out in the open later on. Kelsey let Joel know that even though he was called out yesterday, it doesn’t mean that any of them hate him or have any hard feelings about it. Kelsey said they have to make a decision that is best for all of them moving forward. Kelsey told Joel that Cassandra has come up with a pretty solid campaign but they do not know what they are going to do yet and would like to hear from him. Joel said he needs a bit more time to formulate his list of factors. He said that he would be ready around dinner time and will then talk to everyone at the same time in the living room.

5:00-6:00 PM: Cassandra told Kelsey that it is best for her game to keep her and that she would vote Tim out. Kelsey said she believes it. Cassandra thought that the brothers believed her as well but are scared. Kelsey agreed. She mentioned that Joel is coming up with something but wants Cassandra to be there for it. Kelsey brought up that Tim said he thinks that he will have a thing with Joel if he stays. Cassandra said that those two would work together. She also reiterated that she would keep Kelsey over the brothers but Joel would do the opposite. Kelsey suggested that Cassandra speak from her heart and throw Joel under the bus if needed. Kelsey said the brothers will be so mad at her if Cassandra stays and wins HoH. Kelsey thought that it would be a good idea to say that she is at peace with leaving next week and even more so if she is able to get Tim out beforehand.

6:00-7:00 PM: Joel held his meeting in the living room. Joel said his back is against the wall and he needs to lay everything out on the table. Joel admitted that his game was exposed yesterday and he understands why people feel deceived by him. Joel said he causes less drama than Cassandra. As for game related factors, Joel said they have both shown that they are not totally trustworthy. Joel pointed out that Cassandra was given opportunities to regain trust on multiple occasions so it would not be fair to not give him a chance to do the same. Joel mentioned that he would be alone in the Final 4 due to the lack of trust. As for competitions, Joel figured that he and Cassandra have performed equally as bad. Joel next discussed the jury votes. He explained that it is not fair to say certain people are guaranteed certain votes, because there are no guarantees. Nick asked what Joel’s plan would be moving forward. Joel told Nick that he would like to repair his relationship with the brothers because that cut was the deepest. Kelsey and Tim asked who Joel would vote out if the two of them were on the block together. Joel said that he would likely vote Kelsey out because he has burned more bridges with her. Kelsey asked if he is saying that she is his target. Joel said yes. Joel was asked about his plan if he had won the PoV the week that Nikki and the brothers were nominated. Joel said that he planned to use the PoV on Nikki so that Jared could be backdoored. As for this week, Joel admitted that he would have used the PoV on Tim so that the brothers would be forced onto the block. Kelsey told Joel that it is too late in the game to play both sides. They asked who he would want to take to the end. He said he would want to bring the brothers because of their personal relationship. Tim pointed out that Cassandra has been more loyal than Joel has been because Joel made moves against his own alliance while Cassandra made moves against people outside of her alliance.

7:00-8:00 PM: The voters spoke in the HoH room. Tim said he still thinks that Joel is telling them what they want to hear. Kelsey agreed. Tim pointed out that his best move is to say that he is targeting Kelsey so that he and the brothers may vote for him. However, Tim said that it doesn’t matter who stays if everyone would vote Cassandra out over him. He said it could come down to who they want to live with for another week which he thinks is Cassandra. Tim figured that Cassandra would not win the PoV but he said that he is happy to go home at her hand if that does happen. If someone else voted him out over Cassandra, Tim said that he would not vote for that person to win the game. Kelsey asked if they should tell Cassandra that she is staying. Nick wanted to let her sleep on it. Kelsey brought up that Cassandra had said she would throw competitions if they wanted. Nick said to get her to throw HoH. He said they can let Cassandra know that they are fine with her fighting for the PoV.

8:00-9:00 PM: After talking things over, the voters reached a decision. Kelsey, Nick, Phil and Tim spoke to Cassandra in the HoH room. Kelsey let Cassandra know that they all think that they can 100% beat Joel in any competition. Kelsey mentioned that Cassandra said she wants to be there for the BBCAN awards, she wants to make Final 4 and not go home next to Joel. Nick told Cassandra that if she wants to rebuild trust she has to throw the HoH competition. Nick said that they will have a fun week if Cassandra throws the competition but it will be a miserable week if not. Cassandra agreed to throw the competition. Cassandra then asked if they have an agreement to vote her out if she does not win the PoV. They said yes. Kelsey said that these stipulations are how they were able to unanimously agree to keep Cassandra. Tim told Cassandra that they are still undecided. Cassandra said that she will win the PoV and kick him out next week. Tim said that was discussed already and he is okay with that. Kelsey told Cassandra that she cannot be bummed if she is heading out next week because they all agreed that it was a smart move to keep Joel. They explained that they are keeping her for a personal reason and they are trying to make it smart. Tim told Cassandra not to make them regret it. Tim said Cassandra has to agree to vote him out if she wins the PoV but good luck winning the PoV. Cassandra said she will. She thanked them for everything. Cassandra was told not to let Joel know about the plan.

10:00-11:00 PM: Cassandra reassured the brothers that she will throw tomorrow’s HoH competition. Nick let her know that if she does so and they end up in jury, he will pump her tires there. Cassandra headed to the bedroom with Tim. Tim told her that as soon as she is safe there is nothing that the others can do. Cassandra said she will see what the competition is and will throw it if it something that she knows she cannot win. Cassandra asked how dumb the houseguests are. Tim said that he is gobsmacked that they have fallen for this. They discussed that they need to make the others think that they are sticking to the plan if they win the PoV. Then, at the veto ceremony, they will do whatever they want. Tim said he thinks that Cassandra should try in the competition because it is the only way to secure her fate. Tim said Cassandra is getting another week in the house because the others are idiots.

11:00-12:00 AM: Cassandra thanked Kelsey for all of her work this week. Cassandra promised to be a good girl this week. She asked Kelsey if it is 100% that she is staying. Kelsey said she thinks so. Cassandra said she will be throwing the HoH competition. She asked Kelsey if there is any chance that she would keep her over Tim. Kelsey explained that she doesn’t think so because they all made an agreement and she has to stick to it. Kelsey said she cannot believe that she pulled off the move to save Cassandra or even that she wanted to do it. She went on to say that she is really good at the game. Cassandra called Kelsey the smartest person in the house. Kelsey agreed with that. They discussed that the brothers have not played as strong of a game as they think they have. They said that they have been telling the brothers what to do and the brothers take the credit for it. Kelsey admitted that it bothers her when they say that she cannot win the game.
