Big Brother 20 Day 14

July 3, 2018

9:00-10:00 AM: Bayleigh pulled Kaitlyn aside to talk. Kaitlyn brought up that Bayleigh called her a cannonball last night. Bayleigh denied it, saying that Kaitlyn called herself that, and she said she isn’t one. Kaitlyn complained about the way Bayleigh delivered the message last night. Bayleigh said that’s not fair since Bayleigh cornered her in the bathroom last night to ask her what’s going on. Kaitlyn said people have been telling her that Bayleigh and Swaggy are saying not to talk to Kaitlyn about the issues that have arisen. Bayleigh denied it. Bayleigh said she doesn’t understand why Kaitlyn is mad at her when she has been a good friend to her. Kaitlyn insisted that she was not mad, but Bayleigh’s delivery was tough. Bayleigh later brought up that some things Kaitlyn says to Swaggy are not fair. Kaitlyn asked if Swaggy plans to talk to her. Bayleigh said yes. They circled back to talking about the apparent issue that Kaitlyn has with Faysal and Haleigh getting close. Kaitlyn said she is all for it, and she is about it if two people can find love in this house. Kaitlyn asked that they discuss any issues immediately moving forward. Bayleigh said they are on the same page since she would like to straight up deal with things. Elsewhere, Sam returned to the house after being the robot for the past while. Kaitlyn headed to the bedroom to speak to Swaggy. She apologized to him for the way that she came off last night. Swaggy asked if Kaitlyn told Brett and Winston he told her about their deal. Kaitlyn said no.

10:00-11:00 AM: Kaitlyn told Tyler she apparently made a comment about it looking like Faysal and Haleigh were having sex under the covers, and then Bayleigh ran with it. Kaitlyn said Faysal and Haleigh apparently think that she is going to be really mad at them, and Haleigh wanted to talk to her about it but she was told not to. Kaitlyn asked Tyler if he likes Haleigh. He said not anymore. Kaitlyn brought up that Haleigh said she likes him. Tyler said he doesn’t need that distraction, and they want to win the game. Kaitlyn said it will be so cool if they win and can get to the Final 2 together. Tyler mentioned having a good conversation with Brett and Winston last night. Kaitlyn said she really likes them. Tyler said those two will not say a bad word about her, and they really like her too. Afterwards, Tyler told Angela what Kaitlyn said about Brett and Winston. Angela said Kaitlyn is convincing herself, which is what they need as opposed to Tyler trying to convince her. Tyler talked about setting it up to make it sound like he and Kaitlyn will switch sides together if need be. Tyler said he trusts Kaitlyn. He told Angela that Kaitlyn has a good gut since she sensed everything. Tyler said what JC is planning on telling Rockstar, about Brett and Winston likely voting to keep Steve, is great. Angela said they will then think that they have it in the bag.

1:00-2:00 PM: Feeds returned after being down for nearly three hours. The houseguests talked about having practiced a competition, likely for this week’s HoH.

2:00-3:00 PM: In the storage room, JC told Rockstar that Brett and Winston will vote together. He said he thinks that they are going to go with the flow, and Winston is always talking to Steve, so they will keep Steve. Minutes later, Rockstar went to Swaggy to tell him about her plan to throw two votes Steve’s way in order to blame Brett and Winston for it. Rockstar pointed out that Steve already said he would go after those two with a vengeance if they were to vote him out. Swaggy said he had thought of that plan himself two days ago as well. Both agreed that they would have to be 100% sure that Steve is staying in order to follow through with it. Swaggy said he would talk to Rachel in order to see which way that side is voting. If the house consensus is that Steve is going, and Sam’s speech leads them to believe that she knows she is going, Swaggy said they can vote Steve out to blame it on Brett and Winston. In the have-not room, Brett told Winston that he had a conversation with Kaitlyn in which he asked her if he would be safe if she wins HoH. Brett said Kaitlyn emphasized that “you” would be safe, implying that those close to him would not be. Winston assumed that he is a target of Kaitlyn’s based on that.

3:00-4:00 PM: Sam told Kaycee she doesn’t really know what else to do. Kaycee asked if Sam knows who is voting to keep Steve. Sam said no. She mentioned that Scottie told her he was a long time ago. Sam said she doesn’t know what to do about that. Kaycee asked if Sam sees that the house is divided. Sam said kind of. She mentioned that everybody is kind of ignoring her, which doesn’t feel great. Kaycee explained that Swaggy’s side is trying to keep Steve since they have already got him on their side. Kaycee let Sam know that things are looking really good, but she has to be careful not to give any information to Swaggy’s side. Sam was then forced to go back to being a robot.

4:00-5:00 PM: Tyler asked Kaitlyn if she thinks that they would be welcomed by the other side if they approach them to let them know that they are looking for some homies. Kaitlyn said yes but she is scared to do that. She thinks it’s best to wait to use that card if they don’t win HoH. Kaitlyn worried that she would have no one to target if she wins HoH, because she is friends with everybody. She told Tyler that she would target JC because he is a floater. Tyler then started running through the different scenarios for this week’s vote. Kaitlyn suggested rolling with things as is until they see which side is better. Tyler said he doesn’t want the other side thinking that they are trying to hop on board just because they won HoH, but Kaitlyn still didn’t think that they needed to solidify anything at this point. Tyler brought up that he doesn’t trust Faysal. Kaitlyn admitted that she isn’t sure if she trusts him anymore either. She said her intuition is always right, and it’s telling her that she would want the targets to be from that side of the house if she were watching at home.

5:00-6:00 PM: Tyler asked Kaitlyn how she would feel if he found out that the other side would be accepting of them. Kaitlyn asked how he would find that out, which Tyler said he would do by asking. Tyler listed off Angela, Rachel, Brett, Winston, Kaycee and JC as being on that side. While Kaitlyn was unsure about JC, Tyler told her to trust him. He said they could reel Sam in, join that side, and put themselves in a 9-6 majority. Tyler thinks they would then be able to sit in the middle while the sides go at each other. Kaitlyn said she can’t not vote for Steve, because he is like her dad. Tyler then explained a theory he has that Scottie is making it blatantly obvious that Steve is his #1, only to vote him out and have everyone trying to pull him in. Kaitlyn said nobody would suspect Scottie would have done that if he does end up doing it. Tyler agreed. Kaitlyn asked if Tyler thinks that the other side will vote for Sam to stay. Tyler said yes. He explained that they know Steve is locked in with the other side. Kaitlyn said she almost likes the idea of keeping someone who does not have a solid side. She added that she doesn’t know what to do. Tyler asked if she has considered that Sam might have a power. Kaitlyn said no. Tyler wondered why nobody considers that Sam could be trending when she has been a robot all season. They then discussed potential powers that Sam might have. Tyler told Kaitlyn that JC should not be her target. She said she loves JC but didn’t think that he had picked a side. Kaitlyn wondered who she could nominate. She threw Bayleigh and Swaggy’s names out there, saying that they both pissed her off and messed with the wrong chick. Faysal then joined them in the HoH room. Kaitlyn questioned him about whether or not he feels even a little bit bad that he is a huge part of why she was attacked. Kaitlyn pointed out that Faysal didn’t stand up for her or say that she is fine even though she told him that she is fine, meaning that there is a trust issue there. Faysal asked how they can make sure that the two of them still come first. Kaitlyn said she isn’t sure since she doesn’t know if she can believe him. Kaitlyn told Faysal not to flatter himself, cause she doesn’t care that much about what he is doing in his personal life or in a relationship. Faysal said he thought she felt some type of way about the whole situation, which Kaitlyn denied.

6:00-7:00 PM: Faysal and Swaggy spoke to Kaitlyn in hope of getting her to understand that the reason they were not approaching her about the subject is that they wanted to figure out a way to do it without upsetting her or damaging the alliance. Both said they considered that it may be best not to address the issue at all. Swaggy assured Kaitlyn that they have never turned against her. Kaitlyn thanked him for that. Faysal said they still need to have trust in each other, and Swaggy added that he doesn’t want her to feel like there is no trust so she has to go to the other side. Kaitlyn said she would not do that.

7:00-8:00 PM: In the storage room, Faysal and Swaggy quickly chatted. Swaggy said Rockstar wants to vote Steve out in order to frame Brett and Winston. Swaggy said it could be a good idea but only if it’s a near unanimous vote, cause they have to guarantee that Steve stays. Faysal said he isn’t sure if it’s worth risking it when Steve is a number for them. Swaggy agreed. As for Kaitlyn, Faysal and Swaggy discussed that she is losing it. Faysal noted that Kaitlyn was in bed holding hands with Tyler. He said they are going to show that on TV. He said she was also grabbing Brett’s leg earlier. They agreed that they cannot say anything to her about it because she will take it the wrong way.

8:00-9:00 PM: Haleigh told Faysal and Swaggy that Angela is crying while lying on the ground outside the diary room. There was also mention of Brett and Winston going around whispering, leading the group to believe that it had to do with the power since everything else is seemingly settled. Haleigh said Angela told her that she doesn’t feel great. Haleigh didn’t buy it. Swaggy said the power can’t be about her. Haleigh pointed out that Angela is eligible to be nominated, but Swaggy said it would be Bayleigh who gets nominated if the power saves someone. Haleigh said Angela is upset about whatever it is. She mentioned that Rachel has been really weird for the past couple of hours too. Right around the same time, The Hollywood Reporter tweeted that CBS had released a statement about warning certain houseguests about their inappropriate behaviour and offensive comments. Angela and Rachel were the ones who made such comments. For more details on that, click here.

10:00-11:00 PM: Swaggy told Scottie he really believes that the other side is going to vote to keep Sam. He said he knows that they don’t have the numbers to keep her anyway. Faysal joined them. Swaggy said he expects it to be a 8-5 or 9-4 vote, so the other side would only have to flip one or two votes in order to keep Sam. Faysal asked why people want Steve to stay. Scottie explained that it’s because they think that he has something locked in with Faysal and Swaggy. Swaggy said he is voting to keep Steve. If Swaggy wins HoH, he said he will have to make big moves. He acknowledged that it’s best for Scottie to make smaller moves at this point. Scottie said he ideally would nominate JC and Kaycee, with Kaycee as the pawn, and then JC can go.

11:00-12:00 AM: Faysal asked Scottie and Swaggy how they feel about Tyler. Faysal said the thing that worries him is how Tyler was so closed off to the possibility of nominating Angela or Winston. Swaggy said he loves Tyler. Scottie said he wants to keep Tyler around for as long as possible. Swaggy said he already let Tyler know that the only reservation he has with him is that he was so quick to want to nominate Bayleigh, so he might use her as a pawn down the line. Upstairs, Tyler told Kaitlyn that Faysal wants him out of there. She asked how he knows that. Tyler said his intuition is telling him it. Tyler asked that Kaitlyn not tell Faysal that. Kaitlyn said she isn’t telling him anything anymore, especially if it’s something that Tyler says.

12:00-1:00 AM: Tyler asked Scottie if it’s best for the two of them and Swaggy to have Steve stay. Scottie said yeah and he will be happier the longer that Steve can stay. They discussed that Haleigh is doing a good job of making her rounds to everyone. They have also observed that she makes a lot of physical contact with all of the guys. Meanwhile, Brett and Winston discussed that they would now like to keep Steve over Sam. Brett said Sam is mentally weak and she cannot compete. Winston said he almost hopes that Kaitlyn doesn’t get on board with keeping Sam now, though they should probably not even agree to do it if she does. Winston thinks that Steve will be on their side, plus keeping things unanimous will allow their alliance to remain a bit more hidden. Winston said they cannot let anyone convince them otherwise tomorrow. They talked about approaching Tyler to let him know what they think as well.
