Big Brother 18 Day 12 - Paul uses the PoV on himself; Bridgette is nominated

June 26, 2016

11:00-12:00 PM: James and Paulie chatted while James was preparing some food. James let Paulie know that he is good to go and he doesn’t even have to worry. Paulie said that he trusts James. James assured Paulie that he has their votes. Paulie brought up that the only reason he is going to be gunning for the next HoH is because he believes that Victor would come after him if he wins it. James figured that Victor would nominate one of the veterans, though it cannot be him since he is on Victor’s team.

12:00-1:00 PM: The feeds picked up the middle of a conversation between Da’Vonne and Nicole. Nicole saw a bug and went to grab it because she thought that it would be good to put on Corey. Nicole headed inside with the bug. Da’Vonne looked at the camera and asked if she is missing something because they were having a conversation about Final 2 when Nicole decided to go put a beetle on Corey. Nicole eventually came back outside and said that the Final 2 with Da’Vonne is what she wants because she knows that she would have no chance against Frank or James. Da’Vonne felt the same way. Nicole asked Da’Vonne how they will make it work when they have four alliances right now. The alliances are Da’Vonne and Nicole, the four veterans, the Fatal Five and the Eight Pack. Da’Vonne said that the hardest part will be to get Frank and James out because they are supposed to be going to four with them. Da’Vonne thought that the Fatal Five would have to do it. Michelle joined them. Da’Vonne asked her about getting Frank and James out. Da’Vonne wondered when they should make the move. Nicole suggested going against both at the same time. Da’Vonne said that will be hard as hell. Michelle said the females will have a 5-3 advantage over the males once it gets down to eight and then they could put them both on the block. After Da’Vonne headed inside, Nicole spoke to Michelle about Da’Vonne telling Tiffany that she is the target for the other side last night. Michelle pointed out that she was there. Nicole asked if Tiffany brought it up. Michelle said Tiffany is fine and just didn’t hear it at first. Nicole said that’s good because she wants Tiffany to be fine. Michelle agreed that she doesn’t want anything to screw their alliance up. Michelle let Nicole know that she too is leaning towards wanting Bronte to go over Victor. Nicole said that Victor will be a target for everybody, which is why she would rather target Bronte first.

1:00-2:00 PM: Frank, James and Nicole spoke in the bedroom. Nicole asked when the veto ceremony will be. Frank said it may be today because he has been asked about his replacement nominee. Frank said it’s going to throw a curveball out there when Bridgette is nominated because the other side thinks that it will be Da’Vonne or Zakiyah nominated. Frank said he asked Jozea if people are still planning on getting the returning houseguests out and he said no. Nicole said Victor told her last night that they are still coming after the returning houseguests. Frank said their world will be turned upside down when Jozea walks out the door on Thursday. Frank and James said that Victor will then have nobody. Nicole said that’s why he is not an immediate threat. Frank said he is tired of living with Victor. Nicole asked the guys if they are going to try for HoH. Frank said that James will try if he has to. Frank said he will be going for it and so will Corey. Frank asked if they should nominate Victor and Bronte or Victor and Paul. Nicole said she would prefer to have Bronte on the block. Frank thought that Bronte is close with Jozea and will not be in as tight with Victor once Jozea is gone. James figured that Victor would take over as the leader. Nicole said that Victor wont have an army. James suggested taking one from each side, nominating Bronte and Victor in order to cause chaos. The two groups they were talking about are Natalie, Paul and Victor and then Bridgette, Bronte and Natalie. Frank said that’s true.

2:00-3:00 PM: Da’Vonne and Frank spoke about the plan for next week. Frank filled her in on his discussion with James and Nicole and their thought process behind nominating Bronte alongside Victor. Da’Vonne said that Nicole is starting to play a bit emotionally because she wants Bronte to go before Victor. Frank said that is stupid. Da’Vonne said they need to stick to the plan and get Victor out next. Frank said he will be playing for blood in the HoH competition. Da’Vonne told him that she will be doing the same. She said that her cards will be shown once Jozea leaves this week. Da’Vonne wondered what the odds are that one of the pre-jury members will be brought back as opposed to having one of the jurors return. Frank wasn’t sure and pointed out that it was supposed to happen in his season if not for the reset.

4:00-5:00 PM: Feeds returned following the veto ceremony. Paul used the Power of Veto on himself. Frank nominated Bridgette as the replacement nominee. Paul spoke to Zakiyah and theorized that Bridgette was put on the block in order to ensure that one of the guys would leave. He is suspicious of Tiffany and thinks that she may be the one who won the competition and nominated both he and Bridgette. Paul said that there is something up with Tiffany and she has got to go. Outside, Jozea and Bronte assured Bridgette that she is not going anywhere. Jozea said he is confident that he is staying and Bridgette should be too. Jozea felt that Paulie may be the one who nominated Bridgette. Bronte said that Corey, Nicole, Michelle and Tiffany will be leaving the house no matter what she has to do in order to ensure it happens. Bronte was irritated that Michelle was smirking during the veto ceremony. Michelle and Tiffany chatted on the hammock. Tiffany said it boggles her as to how little Jozea knows about the game. She said that he is clueless about what is going on right now and if she were him she would hide in a hole rather than watch this episode and see how dumb he looks. Moving forward, Michelle said she is so ready to play for HoH. She said that she wants to win so that she can nominate Victor and see the look on his face.

5:00-6:00 PM: Jozea, Paul and Victor continued to chat. Victor reiterated that they have six votes secured and there is no need to worry. Victor said it is perfect because now they do not have to worry about Bridgette’s flip flopping vote. He listed off the votes that they have as Bronte, Da’Vonne, Natalie, Paul, Zakiyah and himself. Victor expects that it will be a landslide vote to evict Paulie. Jozea said that Da’Vonne and Zakiyah will vote with him because they are together for the simple fact that they are people of color. Jozea also believes that it would be idiotic of Da’Vonne and Frank to go against the majority by voting against them. Meanwhile, in the bedroom, Tiffany told Paulie that Jozea and Victor are the most cocky guys that she has met in a long time. She pointed out that Jozea thinks he is a God and he has been calling himself the Messiah. Paulie had not yet heard that and could not believe it.

6:00-7:00 PM: Da’Vonne and Zakiyah discussed the group of Bridgette, Bronte and Natalie. Da’Vonne said that they do a very good job of making sure that one of them is with each group at all times. Zakiyah believes that Bronte is the ringleader of the group. Da’Vonne pointed out that Bronte went up to Jozea after the ceremony and said that they have to get that bitch out. Nicole joined them and said it hurts her feelings that Bronte is using that word with regards to her. Nicole said she has done nothing wrong and all that she is doing is playing Big Brother. Zakiyah said that Bronte was also mean mugging Michelle during the veto ceremony simply because Michelle smiled. Nicole worried that Bridgette will now think that she put her on the block because they had an issue the other day. Da’Vonne let her know that Jozea thinks that it is Paulie so surely he will be spreading that around the house. In the storage room, Paul told Da’Vonne that it doesn’t make any sense that Paulie would have won the competition and put another likeable person next to him on the block. For that reason, he did not agree with Jozea that Paulie had won the competition. Bridgette then spoke to Paul about the votes. Paul assured her that they have six votes on their side. Paul revealed that he believes Michelle is the one who nominated the two of them. He explained that nominating Da’Vonne or Zakiyah would have been too obvious and therefore Michelle nominated one of her own teammates to throw them off. Paul said the other side is acting weird because they now know that his side has the upper hand over them.

7:00-8:00 PM: Jozea spoke to Nicole. He mentioned that Paul and Victor trust her and therefore he will give her a chance as well. He let Nicole know that he doesn’t have an issue with her and he really likes her as a person. Jozea said that he would not mind working with Nicole. Nicole agreed. Jozea told her that they can do a lot of things moving forward. Nicole again agreed and said that she cannot vote but she believes that everything will go fine. Jozea admitted that Nicole’s season is the one that he watched. He felt that Nicole was sneaky on the show and explained that it made him want to target her before he got to know her.

10:00-11:00 PM: James headed up to the HoH room and asked Da’Vonne, Tiffany and Zakiyah what the strategy is moving forward. He suggested that they will have to win HoH in order to keep their momentum going. Zakiyah added that they will need to win the Road Kill competition as well. Tiffany pointed out that James cannot be the one to win HoH. He agreed, the reason being that the group wants to target his teammate Victor. James joked that if Victor is hanging on to something, he will probably accidentally knock him off. Da’Vonne apologized to James because she plans to put Victor on slop if she wins HoH. She figures that she will have to pick an entire team to put on slop and therefore James would have to go on it as well. James said that he is willing to take one for the team.

12:00-1:00 AM: Bridgette, Bronte, Jozea, Paul and Victor chatted outside. Zakiyah joined them and listened to them make comments about many of her alliance members, some of which were personal in nature. Afterwards, Zakiyah reported back to Da’Vonne, Michelle and Nicole. Zakiyah said that someone made a comment about Michelle passing out again like she did earlier on in the season. She said Bridgette, a nurse, then claimed that she would resuscitate her and then shave off her eyebrow. Nicole wanted to confront Bridgette because she was not a fan of her innocent act. Zakiyah also let Michelle know that Bridgette and Bronte were talking about how Michelle made a fuss about the bed situation in terms of Bridgette not wanting to sleep with a guy because she has a boyfriend. Michelle claimed that she would sleep with Tiffany anyway, forcing Bridgette to share a bed with James. Overall, the girls discussed that they were surprised by what Zakiyah had heard. Da’Vonne told Michelle and Zakiyah that things like this will happen in Big Brother but you cannot lose your focus over them. She said that Victor still needs to go next.
